The technology of blind embossing (from German Blint - blind) is based on the use of a cliché with a relief of the required image made on it. The cliché is heated to a certain temperature, and then pressed into the material with great force, and due to this, its density is changed so that the resulting image does not smooth out over time. This technology is used for finishing and branding printed products. The image made by the blind embossing method is distinguished by high clarity and durability.
